Schedule:

Open Positions:
Utility Right of Way Groundsman
Responsibilities:
- Wear proper personal protective equipment, i.e., helmet, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
- Remove branches, clean up and dispose of debris
- Operate equipment, such as gasoline and hydraulic tools, power saws, sprayers, etc.
- Use hand tools, such as axes, saws, pruners, etc.
- Spray brush and stumps, making proper and selective application of herbicides
- Pre-trip and post trip inspections of trucks and equipment
- Set up barriers, warning signs, flags, markers, etc. to protect employees and public
- Promote and maintain good public relations through effective accomplishment of assigned work and appropriate behavior of employees on crew when dealing with customers, police and fire departments when blocking street and / or driveways
- Sensible use and cleanliness of company property and any areas where work is being done
- Work in all types of weather and be exposed to nature, such as irritating plants and biting/ stinging insects
- Work around excessive noise from machines while wearing proper hearing protection
- Be exposed to hazards working near power equipment, traffic, high voltage wires, falling limbs, etc.
- Verbally communicate with other crew members and fully understand instructions and information
- Meet safety standards
- Be punctual and professional at all times
Utility Right of Way Clearance Apprentice Foreman
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to perform grounds man essential job functions
- Manage a crew and worksite productively and safely
Responsibilities
- Oversee small crew
- Perform groundsman essential functions
- Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and reports related to crew operations
- Instruct crews on new/ revised job units
- Accept accountability for crew, as well as assist in on-the-job training for less experienced crew members
- All other duties as assigned
Utility Right of Way Clearance Foreman
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to perform all apprentice foreman essential job functions
- Manage multiple crews, environment and field operations to meet production goals safely
Responsibilities:
- Manage crews, environment, and field operations to meet production goals
- Demonstrate knowledge of problem-solving techniques
- Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and reports related to crew operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
